Orders:
Your MEEMBROIDERY Order Journey
We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient custom embroidery experience. Once you place your order, we will proceed as follows:
1️⃣ Order Confirmation and Payment Processing
Once your design is finalized, we will begin production.
2️⃣ Production Begins (within 24 hours)
Our craftsmen will begin handcrafting your piece within 1 business day.
3️⃣ Handcrafting Your Design (approximately 72 hours)
Every stitch is carefully polished - no shortcuts are taken, only the pursuit of excellence.
4️⃣ Quality Check (24 hours)
Each item is rigorously inspected to ensure that the embroidery is flawless and the fabric is intact and durable.
5️⃣ Shipping and Tracking (within 48 hours of approval)
Once the order is approved, it will be carefully packaged and tracking updates will be sent via email.
⏳ Total time: about 3-5 working days
Other notes:
1. Orders during the peak sales season may be delayed by 2~5 days. Please refer to the store order situation for details. We will produce the order according to the payment time.
2. If the order is not up to standard during production, we will re-produce it urgently, and it will be shipped in about 3 days.
Note: Custom designs or bulk orders may take more time - we will notify you in advance.
